53 Master of Arts (Biblical and Theological Studies) Program Goal The Master of Arts program with a major in biblical and theological studies provides students with a foundational seminary degree, with an emphasis in Biblical studies, both Old Testament and New Testament, and theology. By virtue of its relatively short duration (39 credit hours) and its online delivery, this major provides a wonderful opportunity for people in various forms of marketplace work or people who see themselves as moving into a second career which is local church or para-church oriented to access and obtain solid foundations for continued or future ministry.
