Students interested in Federal Work Study positions on campus can find additional information in the Financial Aid Section of this handbook. Ministry Residency Program The Seminary maintains a Ministry Residency Program that pairs students with ministry positions as interns. Ministry residency positions are tuition paid, part-time roles whereby students gain practical experiences while advancing the vision and mission of those organizations. Residents may serve with an organization between 10-30 hours per week, and participating organizations support their resident student(s) through tuition donations and/or living stipends. More information about open residencies can be found on the Ministry Residency home page. Discounted Professional Counseling Services A number of local professional Christian counselors along the Front Range have agreed to provide a limited number of sessions for seminary students and their immediate family members at a discounted rate. The identities of those who inquire about counseling services will remain confidential. More information can be found on the Student Life Resources website or by emailing the Student Life Office. Health Insurance Denver Seminary recognizes that students and their families have unique factors driving their decisions about health insurance, and Student Life can provide assistance to students as they navigate the insurance marketplace. Information about insurance options can be found in the Insurance Resources section of the Student Life Resources webpage.
