Counseling with Professional Counselors Nancy Price (LCSW) and Jim Alexander (LCSW) of the Meier Clinic in Fairfax, VA have kindly offered their counseling services to Denver Seminary Students of the D.C. campus at a discount. Provided that your medical insurance does not cover counseling, a rate of $50 for the first 60-minute session, and $40 for subsequent 45 minute sessions is available for your well-being. Communications and Marketing to Students Student Life functions as the primary voice to the student body for communicating information about events, activities, resources, and benefits. Students are encouraged to check their Denver Seminary email account regularly, as it is the official medium by which the Seminary communicates. (Students are responsible for information delivered to their seminary email, and the IT Helpdesk should be contacted if complications arise.) Common Ground: The Chapel Gatherings of Denver Seminary Common Ground chapel gatherings focus on worship and also include lectures and special conferences that feature local, national and international speakers. During these community gatherings faculty, staff, students and guests converge to demonstrate the importance of unity by worshiping, learning and praying together.
