15 GIVE There are a number of ways to give, and we need members of the community to fill each of them. You might find your niche giving toward the General Scholarship Fund, starting a scholarship, working on a project, giving with appreciated assets (stock, private company equity, real estate, etc.), or getting set up as a monthly donor. INTRODUCTIONS The Seminary community depends on key introductions. Potential students, jobs for our alumni, future donors, mentors, potential board members, church partners, and key employees all come via the recommendation of friends of Denver Seminary. ATTEND AN EVENT Denver Seminary has a number of events throughout the year including Women Engage, Young Executives, the annual golf tournament, chapel services, Blacks in Theology Week, and more! AUDIT A CLASS Did you know there are many options to audit a class? You can audit a class at one of our campuses. Ask us for a list of available classes. ADD DENVER SEMINARY TO YOUR ESTATE PLAN Adding Denver Seminary into your estate plan can have a life changing effect on students for decades to come. For more ways to be a part of our community, please reach out to our team at advancement@denverseminary.edu. For dates and more information on our events, visit denverseminary.edu/events. Annual Golf Tournament Hosted every fall, we invite members of our community to join us for a day on the course for 18 holes of golf. All proceeds go to scholarship funds to help our students fund their Denver Seminary education. Women Engage Women Engage is a dynamic, intergenerational community of women in Denver committed to pursuing communal development and personal growth. As part of Denver Seminary, we address these areas from a perspective that engages and proclaims the redemptive power of the gospel and the life-changing truth of Scripture. The group gathers throughout the year on Tuesday evenings. Events typically include a speaker, refreshments, and networking. Common Ground Chapel Donors, alumni, and friends are welcome to join us in the Denver Seminary Chapel, Mondays and Tuesdays, 11:00–11:50 a.m. where we come together to demonstrate the importance of unity as we worship, learn, and pray together. Speakers are invited from the Seminary community, the Denver area, and from around the world to speak at our chapel services. 15
