three (3) business days from the time the original decision was presented to the student. In the
appeal, the student should articulate the reason(s) why he/she believes the decision should be
readdressed based upon the following criteria: 1) Substantive errors in due process; 2)
Presentation of new evidence/information that was not in the original submission.
5. The Vice President of Student Life and Enrollment Management will review the appeal as quickly
as is reasonably possible, and the student will be notified as to whether or not the petition warrants
an appeal meeting. The decision of the Vice President of Student Life and Enrollment Management
is final, and the student will be notified accordingly within the next 1-3 business days.
Transcript Request
Transcripts can be requested by following the instructions posted on the Transcript Request webpage.
Leave of Absence from Seminary
Students who need to temporarily step away from their studies should complete a Leave of
Absence/Withdrawal Form and submit it to the Registrar's Office. This form can be found in "Academic
Forms" in the My Academics tab on MyDenSem (login required), or in the Registrar's Office located in the
Administration Building. A leave of absence is available for up to one calendar year after which students
who do not take at least one course within this timeframe will be withdrawn from the Seminary.
Withdrawing from Seminary
Students who desire to withdraw from the Seminary should complete the Leave of Absence/Withdrawal
form and submit it to the Registrar's Office. This form can be found in "Academic Forms" in the My
Academics tab on MyDenSem (login required), or in the Registrar's Office located in the Administration
Building.
NOTE: Former students who wish to move their status from "withdrawn" to "enrolled" must re-apply for
admission and are subject to current catalog requirements.
