Degree seeking students, as well as those earning certificates and auditing classes, are to comply with Seminary policies and procedures as stated in this Handbook. These policies and procedures have a direct bearing on all students, and each student is responsible for familiarizing him/herself with the content and policies herein. In addition to the policies in this handbook, Counseling Licensure students should refer to the Counseling Department Handbook for specific details regarding program expectations and information. Doctor of Ministry students should refer to the supplemental DMin Student Handbook provided by the DMin office. Denver Seminary admits students of any race, gender, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs. No student can be excused from taking a required course from a faculty member on the basis of the student's objection to the faculty member's race, gender, or national and ethnic origin. The content of this handbook should not be construed as complete. It may be modified by action of the Faculty, Administration, or the Seminary Board of Trustees at any time. Denver Seminary reserves the right to change policies when necessary. All policy changes will be communicated promptly to the student community.
