Students also complete six hours of Greek OR Hebrew rather than six hours of both. 2 PME 604 Worship Theory and Practice is a required ministry leadership elective. 3 This degree will prepare students for any form of ministry in chaplaincy, church, parachurch or missions settings. It is applicable to all forms of chaplaincy, but especially those requiring ordination, national faith group endorsement, and/or rigorous credentialing. These types of settings include, but are not limited to, military, healthcare, Veterans Association, and federal prison placements. This program includes a unit of ACPE certified Clinical Pastoral Education in a community setting. The chaplaincy concentration courses are available via distance learning formats.
