Denver Seminary's Master of Arts in Counseling degree offers
concentrations that prepare our alumni for work in multiple
professional counseling fields. Each program infuses solid
counseling foundations with sound biblical and theological
teaching. We also offer dual degrees that allow for a deeper
exploration of the Bible and the faith dimension of counseling.
Clinical Mental Health Counseling
The clinical mental health concentration prepares students
for effective counseling practice and licensure in diverse
clinical, educational, and ministry settings. The MA in clinical
mental health counseling degree program provides solid
clinical instruction along with sound biblical training.
School Counseling
Denver Seminary's school counseling concentration is unique
in its clinical focus on training students to meet the increasing
mental health counseling demands in schools. The school
counseling concentration is informed by the research and
results of the Denver Seminary School Counseling Mental
Health Initiative.
