In the New Missional Movements track, students will engage new paradigms of missional thought, ecclesiology, dispersed micro-church networks, business as mission, and missional postures in various ministry contexts. In the pastoral skills track, students learn to navigate the challenges of a variety of types of pastoral ministry, sharpening and enhancing their communication skills, organizational management, spiritual leadership, and overall ministerial competence.
