Disbursements Per federal regulations, loans will be disbursed to student accounts no earlier than ten calendar days prior to the start of the semester. Institutional aid (scholarships, grants, discounts) will be disbursed to student accounts no earlier than the drop/add date (ten business days after the start of the semester). Loan servicer contact information and other loan details can be found on the national student loan data system (NSLDS).
