After finishing her undergraduate degree at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison, Kayla March began serving as an intern in
the college ministry of her local church. During this season, the
Lord made it undeniably clear that He was calling her to a lifetime
of pastoral ministry. "I couldn't afford to go to seminary, but like
many other obstacles and doubts along the way, the Lord took care
of it." After receiving the Kern Scholarship, Kayla moved to Denver
in 2012 to pursue a master of divinity. Now in her fourth and final
year, she will graduate in May of 2016. Kayla serves as a pastoral
intern at Southern Gables Church, leading the young adult ministry
and teaching adult education courses. In addition, Kayla serves with
Whiz Kids as an after-school tutor in her local community.
