KIRSTEN KENNEDY Status: Full-time Program: Clinical Mental Health Counseling Financial Aid Received: $10,000 per year through the Windgate Scholarship Ministry Goals: While Kirsten is still exploring options and ideas for how to utilize her counseling degree after graduation, she is currently very interested in doing cross-cultural ministry overseas. STUDENT HIGHLIGHTS CAMERON TATE Status: Full-time Program: Master of Divinity with a Concentration in Theology Financial Aid Received: Half off tuition through the Kingdom Scholarship Ministry Goals: Cameron is currently serving as an associate pastor at Southern Gables Church and will continue in pastoral ministry upon graduation. Donor Generosity Denver Seminary was blessed with over $5,000,000 in total contributions, the largest year in the Seminary's history. This included over $1,000,000 in unrestricted gifts, donations toward the endowment, and a large grant for a five-year initiative directed toward Millennial involvement in the local church. Restricted funds, funds given with a designated purpose, were given this year toward program development, faculty development, innovation in education, campus improvements, and scholarships. Denver Seminary is thankful for the support of academic programs, new initiatives, and scholarships from Bellevue Heights Church Foundation, The Lilly Endowment, Association of Theological Schools, El Pomar, The Windgate Foundation, The Crowell Trust, The Anschutz Foundation, The Chatlos Foundation, Inc., and others.
