Fall and Spring Semesters
A 100%refund is given the first week of the semester, a 75% refund the second and third weeks of the
semester, and a 50% refund the fourth and fifth weeks of the semester. There is no refund after the fifth
week.
Summer* and Intersession
One-Week Courses
A 75% refund is given on the first day. There is no refund after the first day.
Two-Week Courses
A 100% refund is given on the first day, 75% on the second day, and 50% on the third day. There is no
refund after the third day.
Three-Week Courses
A 100% refund is given on the first day, a 75% refund on the second and third day, and a 50% refund on
the fourth and fifth day. There is no refund after the fifth day.
Weekend Courses
Two and Three-hour Courses
A 50% refund is given the Monday following the first weekend the course meets. There is no refund after
that Monday.
*Summer classes can meet anywhere from one week up to fifteen weeks. The same refund policy is applied on a prorated basis
for all summer courses.
